The Dragon

Deals gap is a mountain pass that cuts through the Appalachian Mountains at the very bottom of the Great Smokey Mountain National Park..  The Gap lies across the border of North Carolina and Tennessee.  Due to the aggressive twists and turns of road, motorcyclists have dubbed it, The Dragon.. It's the curves, twists and turns of his tail that is exciting.  The sharp curves of the two-lane road have proved to be a challenge to even the most experienced of riders.  Always, take the Ride at your own pace.  If you like curves, I guarantee it will be the most fun you can have riding. We plan on going again as soon as we can.
