Taco Soup

Makes about a Gallon, Add more or less of desired ingredients

1 Pounds Ground Chuck, cooked and drained (or more)
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes  
16 oz - Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Corn, whole kernel yellow
16 oz Chili Beans
16 oz - Rotel Tomatoes  
16 0z - Light or Dark Kidney beans
1/2 cup Chunky Salsa, Mild (optional)
1 Packages Taco Seasoning  
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix  
1 Small Can Green Chilies   (optional, hotter)
1/2 bag PictSweet Brand Frozen "3 Peppers and Onion Blend"

Brown Hamburger, Drain & Wash.  Add all ingredients together and simmer at 250 degrees.  Add water to get the consistency you want.  Stir occasionally. The longer it cooks, the better it gets.

Serve in bowl over corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers

Top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired
